Connect Bookeo to Reservd

1. 1. Connect Stripe on Reservd

   Customers pay by card on Reservd when they book, and the money goes straight to your bank. In your Reservd dashboard, open Bookeo (or Settings, How customers book) and connect Stripe first.

2. 2. Authorise Reservd in Bookeo

   Sign in to Bookeo on a computer as the account owner: only the owner can add apps to a Bookeo account. Then, on the Bookeo page in your Reservd dashboard, press Authorise Reservd in Bookeo. Bookeo asks whether Reservd may see your sessions and add bookings, payments and customers. Say yes.

3. 3. Copy the API key Bookeo shows you

   Once you say yes, Bookeo shows you an API key for Reservd. Copy it and keep it like a password. If you authorise Reservd again later, Bookeo makes a new key and the old one stops working, so always use the newest.

4. 4. Connect Bookeo

   Back on the Bookeo page in Reservd, paste the API key, choose a drop-in price for any session with no price in pounds in Bookeo, then press Connect Bookeo. Your sessions come across straight away.

Questions

Which of my Bookeo products come across?

Sessions at set times with a set number of places, like a sauna session, a class or a tour. Appointments, courses sold as a whole series, all-day products and ones kept for members, prepaid credits or approval stay in Bookeo. The Bookeo page in Reservd lists any that stay there and why.

Do I need to change my Bookeo booking page?

No. Your Bookeo booking page carries on as it is. Reservd is another place for people to find and book your sessions.

How do you stop a session being overbooked?

Every 10 minutes Reservd reads the places left in each session in Bookeo and only sells what's free. Each Reservd booking goes into Bookeo as soon as it's paid, and Bookeo holds the place first, so the place is taken in both. A session that fills up in Bookeo stops selling on Reservd.

Will my Reservd customers be in Bookeo?

Yes. Each one is booked into the session as one person, by name and email, with the payment recorded as paid on Reservd, so they're on your Bookeo calendar and in your customers. The money is in your Stripe account.

Will Bookeo email my customer too?

We ask Bookeo not to send its confirmation, reminder or thank-you emails for bookings made on Reservd. Reservd sends its own.

What if I move or cancel a session in Bookeo?

A moved session moves on Reservd and anyone booked is told. A cancelled session is cancelled on Reservd and customers get their money back by your usual rules.

How do I stop it?

Press Disconnect Bookeo on the Bookeo page in Reservd. To take Reservd off your Bookeo account as well, remove it in Bookeo under Account, Applications.
