Member terms
Last updated 25 September 2026
These terms apply when you use Reservd to find, book and pay for classes. Each studio also has its own rules, which it shows you when you join and book.
Who you're dealing with
Reservd is run by WenHunt Group, registered at Brighton, United Kingdom. When you book a class, buy a pass or take out a membership, your agreement is with the studio, not with Reservd. The studio sets its prices, timetable, cancellation window and fees, and is responsible for its classes. Reservd provides the booking system and takes a small fee from the studio.
Your account
- You sign in with a link sent to your email. Keep your email account secure, because anyone who can read it can sign in as you.
- Give accurate details, including a working emergency contact and honest answers to any health questions.
- You must be 18 or over to have your own account. Parents and guardians can add children to their account and book for them.
Booking and waitlists
- A booking is confirmed when you see it in My bookings. If a class is full, you can join the waitlist. If a place frees up, you're moved in automatically and we'll let you know.
- If a studio uses rooms with spots (for example reformer beds or bikes), you can choose a spot when you book. The studio may move you if it needs to.
- Studios can cancel or change classes. If a studio cancels, any pack credit goes back on your pack, and the studio will refund or rebook anything you paid for that class.
Cancelling, late cancellations and no-shows
- You can cancel free of charge up to the studio's cancellation window, shown on each class page.
- If you cancel inside the window, it counts as a late cancellation. If you book and don't turn up, it counts as a no-show. The studio may charge a fee for either. The amounts are shown on the class page before you book.
- For pack bookings, a late cancellation or no-show uses up the class credit.
Saved cards and automatic fees
Some studios ask you to save a card before you book. If you save one:
- The card is held securely by Stripe on the studio's own Stripe account. Reservd never sees your full card number.
- You authorise the studio to charge the card for late cancellation and no-show fees you've run up, at the amounts shown when you booked. Late cancellation fees are charged after the class starts, and no-show fees two hours after it ends, so the studio can let you off first.
- You'll get an email receipt for every fee charged.
- You can remove your card at any time from My bookings. Fees you've already run up still need paying.
Packs, memberships and payments
- Prices include VAT where the studio charges it. The studio's own terms cover refunds, expiry dates and any minimum term.
- Monthly and weekly memberships renew automatically until you cancel. You can freeze, switch or cancel from My bookings, and cancelling stops at the end of the period you've paid for.
- If a Direct Debit or card payment fails, we'll try again over a few days and let you know.
- Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you usually have 14 days to cancel a pack or membership bought online. If you book or use a class in that time, you agree the service starts straight away and the studio can deduct what you've used.
Your health and safety
Exercise carries some risk. Only take part if you're well enough to, follow the instructor's guidance, and tell them about any injury or condition before class. Each studio has its own waiver, which you sign when you join.
Door access
If a studio uses a smart lock, the Open button works for people booked on a class starting soon. Don't let anyone else in on your booking, and don't share your account.
Challenges, programmes and progress
Challenges, prizes and programmes are run by the studio. Leaderboards show your first name and initial only, and you can hide yourself from your progress page. Your progress photos are private to you.
Using Reservd fairly
Don't misuse the service: no fake bookings, no trying to get into other people's accounts, and no abuse of studio staff or other members. We or the studio can close accounts that do.
Our responsibility
We work hard to keep Reservd running and accurate, but we can't promise it will never be interrupted. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or anything else the law doesn't allow us to limit. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
Privacy
See the privacy policy for how your information is used.
Contact and complaints
For anything about a class, booking or payment, contact the studio first. For anything about Reservd itself, email hello@reservd.co.uk. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
