With your email and password. The same account works on the website, in the app and at every studio. New here? Choose Create an account on the sign-in page. If you used a sign-in link or code before we added passwords, or you've forgotten yours, choose Forgot your password? and we'll email you a link to set one. If it doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check your junk folder.

Find a class on Explore or in the app, then tap Book. The first time you book at a studio, you'll fill in their joining form. Your booking shows in My bookings once it's confirmed. If a class is full, you can join the waitlist.

Open the booking in My bookings on the website or in Bookings in the app, and tap Cancel. Each studio sets its own cancellation window, shown on the class page. Cancelling inside it may count as a late cancellation, and the studio may charge a fee.

You pay the studio directly by card or Direct Debit, using a pass or membership, or at the studio if they allow it. Card payments are handled by Stripe. Reservd never sees your card number.

Refunds are handled by each studio, because your booking and payment are with them. Ask the studio first. If you can't reach them, email us and we'll help.

Yes, for iPhone and Android. It uses the same account as the website, so your bookings, passes and favourite studios show in both. Sign in with the code we email you.

Go to Account in the app, or your account on the website, and choose to delete your account. Studios may need to keep some records, such as payments, for as long as the law requires. The privacy policy has the details.
